Keep only the part of the frame you need.

- 3Check the output dimensions in the preview.
- 4Apply the crop and download the new image.
02Cropping and image formats
Cropping removes pixels outside the selected rectangle without changing the remaining composition.

- Transparent PNG and WebP areas remain transparent.
- The output has smaller pixel dimensions than the source unless the full frame is selected.

Crop to improve composition or fit a required shape.
- Removing empty margins or distracting objects near an edge.
- Making a square avatar or portrait social post.
- Matching a website banner, product card or thumbnail ratio.
04Watch the remaining resolution
A tight crop leaves fewer pixels for large displays or print.
- Check the displayed output width and height before applying.
- Start again from the original if you need a different crop later.
Private visual editing
The crop preview and export are produced locally on your device.
- The full source is not uploaded even though only part is exported.
- Close the tab or clear the image when the task is complete.
