Files you process
For tools marked as private browser processing, files are read and transformed on your device. They are not uploaded to JUUD File Tools servers, stored in an account or sent to third-party conversion APIs.
File names, file contents and extracted metadata are not included in analytics events.
File names, metadata and local engine assets
Source file names can be displayed in the current tab while you work. Output names are created locally for download. Source and output names are not sent in analytics or error-monitoring events.
Image, HWP/HWPX, PDF, audio or video metadata is read only as needed for local validation and processing. It is not sent to an external service. Output formats may discard, replace or preserve different fields; inspect important results before sharing.
HWP and HWPX tools lazily download fixed, versioned parser WebAssembly and self-hosted font assets from this site's own origin. Those GET requests contain public engine or font data only; they do not contain a selected document, its name, bytes, text or extracted metadata. Document-referenced external images, links, remote fonts and other network resources are not fetched. Pages are rasterized into a visual PDF, so searchable text, links, forms, bookmarks, tags, scripts, interactive behavior, source metadata and attachments are not preserved.
Audio and video tools lazily download documented FFmpeg WebAssembly engine parts from this site's own origin. Those GET requests contain engine code only and do not contain a selected file, its name, media bytes or extracted metadata. The parts are combined in temporary tab memory and are not written by the application to cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or Cache Storage.
Technical requests
Like any website host, the delivery infrastructure may process ordinary request data needed to serve pages, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps. This is separate from the files you open locally in a tool.
Analytics and advertising
The current status of analytics and advertising services is listed below from the same integration manifest used by the application runtime.
Your choices
You can use the core tools without creating an account. Clear selected files from the page or close the tab to remove temporary in-browser data.
Operator, hosting and privacy contact
JUUD Apps operates this service. Public page requests are delivered through Cloudflare, and privacy requests can be sent to juud@kakao.com.
This deployment configuration disables Worker invocation logs, giving application-level invocation logs a configured retention of 0 days. The repository defines no Logpush job. A separate Cloudflare account- or zone-level log export is independent of this application configuration, and its enabled status could not be verified with the current read permission.
Cloudflare still processes ordinary edge request information such as IP addresses, routing and system configuration, and traffic metadata across its global infrastructure to deliver and secure the site. Its provider-internal retention is separate from the application's 0-day invocation-log retention, is purpose-based rather than one fixed period, and processing or transfers may occur in the United States, the EEA and other regions.
Cloudflare Network Error Logging (NEL) is active at the hosting layer. On a network-request failure, a supported browser may send a report to a.nel.cloudflare.com containing the request URL, referrer and network diagnostics. Cloudflare states that the IP address is used only transiently during processing and that reports are not shared. The application does not add source-file bytes, names, contents or conversion results, and this application code does not receive the report.

Legal basis and recipients
Where applicable, JUUD Apps processes ordinary hosting request information as necessary to deliver and secure the service and may rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure service. The precise legal basis can vary with the applicable local law and processing context.
JUUD Apps is the service operator and controller for that processing. Cloudflare receives ordinary request information as the hosting provider and processor for page delivery and security. Browser-processed source files are not sent as inputs to that hosting processing.
Your rights and how to make a request
Depending on applicable local law and its conditions, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a supervisory authority. These rights are not guaranteed identically in every situation and can be subject to legal exceptions. Send a request to juud@kakao.com.
If verification is needed, we ask only for information proportionate to identifying the relevant request and confirming identity. Do not attach or send a source file.
Current external integration status
Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Sentry are currently disabled. The hosting-layer diagnostic Cloudflare Network Error Logging (NEL) is active. It is not application file-conversion error tracking or a Sentry integration.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
Not when a tool shows the private browser processing notice. Those files stay on the current device.
Do you train models on my files?
No. Files are not collected for analysis, training or advertising.
Is Google Analytics currently used?
Its current enabled or disabled status is listed in the external integration section on this page.
